Hi,

This may be due to the brass flywheel collet collapsing before it can get tight on the crankshaft. The little slot on the collet is probably not wide enough. You have two options - 1. grab a dremel and a cutting wheel and make the slot wider or 2. contact our customer support and we can send out a flywheel collet with a wider slot.

For anyone else having weird engine issues (i.e. running hot, clutch feels like it's slipping, clutch assembly coming loose), the flywheel collet may be the issue. Please take a look at the collet and if it appears that the flywheel is slipping, make the slot in the collet wider.
