Does anyone know what type of glue/adhesive that Comp Heat uses or can be used for sticking the heating element to the fabric cover?

I thought the element had burned out and was removing it before ordering a new one, but discovered one of the wires broke right where it enters the heating element. A bit of careful soldering fixed it, but not sure how to get it to stick again in the cover.

Any help is much appreciated.
