Hello everyone

I was wondering if any of you guys have had a Hyperion charger that's snarling when you use it? I bought one second hand and outside it looks to be in good order but when I charge something it starts to snarl after a bit and sometimes it lasts for a few moments and other times it goes on for longer periosd of time or even through out the charge cycle.

Any of you techies out there who have an idea why or if something can be done or is it simply on it's way to die on me?
