I think the footprint is a little bigger, and it has an external capacitor so it's bigger still, not for a super-tight space.
On the upside, it comes with a flat heat sink as standard but I had replaced it with the finned one when I was messing around with a hot motor (it has no motor limit but will get hot with a big modified), and with the flat heat sink delete it's the lowest-profile 1s esc with a voltage booster I have found.
You can get them in blue or black for about $90 on Ebay, but I think they are out of production.
