Version 2.2 to celebrate the third birthday!

It was three years ago when the first line of code was written. Here is a new version to celebrate the birthday. So what has changed since 2.0?

* Data import improved (MyRCM, M12 log file and built in stopwatch)
* Lot of usability improvements. Better information during errors, improved the terminology, several views improved, improved forms, new notifications like broken track records and likes
* A huge amount of new car models, setup sheets tire models and tracks available!
