They didn't miss it in the testing. They come right out and say it draws more power. The problem lies in speedos that have a low BEC output like the Quatum 2 that I am running. It only puts out 1.6 amps. Just not enough to run the servo motors and keep the receiver locked on.

With the cap on there everything works fine, except the button to "Bind" on the transmitter. Lukily I got it to go once in 500 tries.
