Not sure what vehicle you're referring to, but on dry and dusty tracks I'd pick:

1/10 Buggy: Splitters or Flipouts, depending on moisture level (Flipouts when it's not quite as dry) as well as Double Dees.

SC: Double Dees and Subcultures.
