The new rear arms are 4mm longer. The new hubs are designed to accommodate that. The rod are different. If memory serves me correctly one set of them is longer than the old ones, but its a stretch to remember I may not be correct. I do know the ends are straight now, but the old ones would still work. Again, if it wasn't better it would have been scrapped in the process.

But seriously the new geometry provides a more efficient suspension stroke. The new truck's design promotes greater corner speed and better overall suspension performance (lands like its on a pillow).

I say buy new. sell the old model or give it to your kid. if you don't have a kid use it as a loner for the track for a new person.
