Sorry, no ideas what to run on concrete.
But basically I'm running the same inserts on asphalt as on carpet.
Currently I'm fine with:
front of the car
(... )( ...)
(.. )( ..)
------------
(.. )( ..)
( . )( . )
rear of the car
(which is 2.5° toe-in at the rear)
3° in th rear should also be ok - but you might try to narrow the rear (one dot front and rear carriers in the rear)
