Another couple of questions (Sorry if I'm asking too many )

The steering tie rods, what size spanner will I need for them, as I want to get proper tools for them to minimise any chance of damage while building/setting up.

Also, I would be right in assuming that the rear axle is also imperial? ie 1/4 inch diameter?
