I find with the AE DCV you have to check the capture rings on the coupling tubes from time to time. They do tend to pop out of the channel allowing the pins to slip out. This is even when they are oriented the correct way. I was considering a set of RSD as they use a set screw like a MIP CV, however it looks like RSD has gone to the capture ring as well.
