It cleared out a lot for me.
You need 4 other buttonhead screws, I think m3x20mm (But I'm not sure about the length) and 4 cone washers (I believe its part nr. 72063 ) to do the mod, the mod is on the front and the rear.
I put it on my website for a while. Sorry I don't know yet how to insert pictures.
