Are you running the spring upside down, compared to the 12R5.2 way? I am using the adjusters that came with the conversion kit. The holes seem to tight for the screw to fully thread from the top. I had to put it in from the bottom. To adjust I can't just put in a wrench and turn the screw, I will have to find a way to turn the nut.
Yes, upside down. Personally I like it more this way, because you get more clearance on the side link. This keeps the springs in place better. It also allows you to run linear (straight) springs when needed. In super high bit, I prefer linear springs.
On the screws, if you need to open up the holes, you can use a 3mm drill bit to get it better. We did the holes undersized for those that prefer to run the AE/ XRAY adjusters.
