Great to see your running an ARC for on-raod! Its a solid car with amazing feel on the track and great durability.
Henrik's setup from 13.5 might be something to check out. His car was really good last year at the Reedy Race at Tamiya. Looks like he's using a 2.25 chassis with a thinner/flex 1.6 top deck. You can find it here,

There are others that have club race at both tracks you've listed running ARC and I'm sure they will toss ideas/thoughts when they see your post.
