The pillow ball is 5mm in diameter. I swapped the orginal with the HoBao 1/8 buggy pillow balls and ball ends.
The Maxx uses mm hex hardware throughout. I removed the old philips screws and replaced them with hex hardware. 3X15 Cap Hex screws work best and 3X15 countersunk hex hardware.
