I actually experienced this at the US indoor champs this year. Very bumpy. What I did was run prodive and prosquat, ie angle the arms like you would with an offroad car. I didnt want to make the damping soft, in fact I made it harder because if you move the d6 dampers quickly the fluid can shear and you lose damping. The dive and squat makes more weight trasnfer go thru the shocks instead of the chassis which helped with bumps.
