Our problem with getting a ROAR Nationals in Southern Cal is down mostly to a lack of tracks looking to host one. Hot Rod’s did a good job with the NORRCA Nats. but that was only 120ish total entries and I don’t see them having the facility for many more. SoCal would loose money on a ROAR Nat. since they’d have to give up five nights worth of club racing to host one. Rev. is realistically too big although they did host in 96’. There’s a new track in Hesperia that looks like a great racing surface/layout but from the pics I’ve seen of it, they only have about 40 pits spaces and even less parking.
