During the brushed era I used nothing but Novak and was always getting good support from them when I had issues. Sorry Novak but rc racers are loyal customers for life , give them a good product, stand behind your product and don't have what sounds like a 17 year old girl telling people "sorry we can't help you" when they call your customer service dept. I'm not bashing Novak , to some people the truth hurts and if the truth hurts it's not always the customers fault.
