Yes a 2 cell lipo is 7.4V but end voltage on charger should be set to 4.2V because they are talking per cell and a fully charged 2 cell lipo should come off the charger showing 8.4V (4.2V's x2) Its a little confusing.......set end voltage to 4.2V per cell and your good to go.
