Not sure why you think you "need hop ups" with the 22 2.0. I got one and have been pretty happy with how it runs stock out of the box (mid motor with a shorty pack). I even had some people at the track mention that it looked like it was tuned really well and that was without prompting. I ended up changing the length of the rear camber link and am now really happy with how it performs.
