Best paint for begin ers is faskolor, createx or wicked. They're water based you do not need a cleaner. Water will do. When you use water based you first want to dust a few coats to get a good contact then you can go a little heavier. When I paint I'll do atleast 4 coats of paint. If you spray 1 heavy coat you'll get paint lift. Use a hair dryer to speed up dry time. Back with white to get light colors to pop. When highlight/shade colors I'll do like 7 passes. Anything else just ask.
