Thankfully someone sold me a 6.5t motor for a good price and now I dont have to worry about not having enough power to keep up
13.5's have a very limited use in 4wd racing. Small tracks or events that have a 13.5 class, like the Cactus Classic. On most tracks a 8.5 is fine for a club racer. I have a 6.5 in mine and it is a bit hard to drive. I took a rotor from one of my 17.5 motors to calm it down and smooth it out. I noticed the Cav did the same thing to his 44.3 a few months ago.
