Well, for a sub 500 truck, i think you can get a Hyper 7, then mod it to become a dominator. (A dom rtr cost arnd 700, Hyper 7 buggy is only 450 @ winnie)
Second hand at 500 is abit impossible unless the owner got really bored or fed up with his monster truck, or else it's pretty a needle in a haystack.
