I have a Tlr 22 2.0 buggy and have been running this motor in the maxzilla version paired up to a hobbywing just stock and am using a reedy #602. I was geared at 32/70 but dropped to 29/70 to combat heat. Timing is what the motor came with which looks to be 50. The two issues I have are 1. It ran really hot with the 32/70 gearing. Typically came off the track at 160 to 180 after 6 mins. I dropped to the 29/70 gearing and the temps came down to 155. I didn't really notice a difference in power with this change but the other problem I'm combating is power fade and that did not change. The track is a tight technical track with a very short straight. Just looking for pointers at this point because I am puzzled!
