Wow....I've been on same spool for 6 months with no issues. Have you been going thru front axles also? do you have the lock stop screws the "knuckles"? Wondering if your hitting boards and having the axles over actuated and locking up the front end? Usually when I have a good hit the FFG twists. on the rod...I think kind of like a shear pin.
no bent or broken axles i havent ever had a turnbuckle pop off i do have the stop screws in the knuckles not really hiting anything but i guess when you traction roll you are hitting the ground
