I think you have it covered..not much to an f1 car...maybe get some carbon reinforced hubs and some king pins and the rear spring set for setups.
others have covered the ballstud/ballcup thing and looks like they are prity universal.
I got the SJ body and very happy with it..theres no cutouts for front arms so just be carful here but its nicely detailed and cheap and comes with 2x diff noses plus helmet. I also got the rear diffuser .
