I don't personally have a lot of time in 13.5 to really give a good answer on how to gear, but I can tell you it will depend more on what motor you go with than anything. I think you are close on where to start for a small track, so I would start with the 95/40 initially for about 3 minutes or so, temp it and if the temp isn't bad finish out your run. Then go from there. Also, keep in mind that your timing will affect how hot the motor runs, as well as how it performs. Again, this will really depend on what motor you're going to run.
