parallel board/harness charging help, please...

I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to make this work for me. I will give you the scenario.
dual output 10A / 100-200 Watt charger w/ a 47A 575W juicebox PS.
I am trying to figure out how to charge 1 X 2800 mah 2s protek tx lipo batt and 3 X 2000 mah 2s protek rx lipo batt on each output. This would be a 8.8A 1c, and consume approx. 65watts per channel. 2s4p 8800mah batts.
The batts have XH balance connectors, and JR charge connectors.
I have looked for parallel boards that have the Jr female charge ports on the board, but haven't found anything. I also looked into making my own harnesses, but run into amp and gauge wire size problems. for a 8.8+ amp load, you need to run,at least, 18 gauge wire.
I thought about making XT-60 to Jr female leads, but think 18 gauge is too big for the Jr's and too small for the XT-60's? I looked into also purchasing harnesses, but all the Jr female connectors have 22 gauge wire, at the largest.
Could someone help me figure out how to get either a harness built up, or a board that will do what i want?
