You can unsolder the connectors from that piece that is jutting out from the motor, then flip them around to face the pinion end of the motor.
You'll need to get some good heat into your soldering iron to achieve this, and then you might be able to fit the motor in, failing that, my motor of choice for F1 is the Orca 21.5 TX, it has good usable low down torque like a Hobbywing and feels just as smooth.
