I would usually just get one gt3-c and another receiver but when i loan cars to friends that dont own any, i want to be able to drive with them. Can i do this or do i need the re-bind every time?
After reading this again, I see that you have two different questions as pointed out by wingracer. I'm not sure what the dilemma is, why create the hassle when you can just mate one Flysky with the ECX and the other with the HPI?

The answer to your Q about multiple receivers to one transmitter is yes but not the other way around. The receiver will always be married to the last transmitter it was bound to.
