The big difference with the larger mah packs is they don't fade during a 10minute main. The 4500-5000mah packs can start to fade before the 10 minute mark. With the larger mah pack you can run several warm up laps & press hard for the full 10 minutes & not feel any power fade. I used to run the turnigy lipo & could feel it start to fade around 7-8 minutes in.
Of course that will all depend on your setup. If you are anal retentive about everything being free moving, have ceramic bearings, turn your epa down to 70%, only pull full throttle when forced to, etc, you may not feel fade before the 10 minute mark.
