I'd go a little heavier on the oil in the rear diff and see if that helps. Also, open the diffs and make sure that oil isn't low or leaked out.

I went with lighter oil in the diffs when we went outside in the summer, when we came back inside the car was really twitchy so I went back to the 10k/5k setup and it settled down a lot. I'm also running the 6 hole 1mm pistons in my shocks with 35wt oil. Car is planted really well right now.
