WailinOnYa - from your description that would seem more connection or radio/receiver related. Servo and speed controls are passive units - they are going to do what they are told or nothing at all.

If you have the Viper ProGuage, it has a function that lets you test the signal coming out of your radio to see that the "throw" of the signal is currect - you can read more info on it here -- https://www.facebook.com/notes/viper...38780019525886
