Agreed!! Last week I started to cycle my packs and my 4010 shut down completely. I contacted Progressive R/C and Matt gave me instructions on what to do to ship it. I sent it out Saturday priority, they recieved it monday. Matt emailed me tuesday and informed me that they were replacing it. they shipped another 4010 out wednesday and I got it back friday. I did not buy it from them, but they treated me as if I did. Progressive R/C is one of the top companies in our hobby when it comes to customer service!
