you're going to want to start with something really thick like 1 million weight diff oil or even mike has run anti-wear grease on his damper. we need to run thicker oil to slow everything down because the shocks are so laid over to get them inside the body .

My setup is 95% the stock instruction setup. I think the only differences are that I run 1mm droop, 2mm on the front bulkhead, and 3mm ontop of the spindle and 4mm on the bottom of the spindle let me know if you have any other questions!
