Charlie Barnes and his CAL RACEWAY in So-Cal has announced he will be using the USGT Spec Tires for his "GT10" class.
The GT10 class is very similar in rules to the USGT (body wise and more) - but is a 17.5 motor class.
This is a fairly good size track, and the speeds of a 17.5 motor are more popular than the slower motor, but we run "Outlaw VTA" with the VTA cars using 21.5's.
I'm glad to see this tire as the SPEC tire, I've heard nothing but good things, and it's got a decent price tag for a complete set of (4).
