Is it worth it?
I am a huge hi-tec fan. I have a Lynx 3D, Hi-tec digital servo, and HFX, Actually any car that I get that is electric will be set up with hi-tec digital servo and HFX.
The problem is this, I bought a used nitro car of a guy that same with a Lynx am radio. I ran it and it was HORRIBLE. All the controls seemed slow. I couldn't figure out what the deal was. So I cleaned it all up, tore everything apart and found out that the guy had put 27 mhz crystals in the TX and RX on a 75 mhz radio. I bought a new RX and put hi-tec crystals in both the radio and receiver and it still doesn't work.
Is it worth sending in for repair, (obviously it will cost me something) or should I just go out and buy a brand new one.
