Default Brushless Motor Phases Important To A Motors Performance?

I recently picked up a motor checker and checked my brushless motors. At hand I have a batch of 21.5's such as; D3.5, MMM, R1, Tekin, G-Style, and Orca. I did some timing tests for these motors and came across some motors with A B C phases that were out by only a 1 or 2 degrees. However, I had some motor phases out by 10+ degrees.

For example I've tested a motor with A 23* B 39* C 42*. As you can see there is a big variance in timing at each phase.

Now, does this matter in the motors overall performance?
