The battery seems to be in forward position. I would test it out in the middle and all the way in the back.

Left / Right balance: Im running a short servo on right, so I ended up adding led weight side of servo to balance the car.

After each race check your camber settings. Until you get the handling down, most likely you will hit something.. which will change your camber settings.
