Use one quarter (25 cent piece) on the top of each front wheel placed slightly forward of the top. Lift the front center (should be marked) of the chassis with a knife blade and see which coin drops first (right or left). That side is raising first and will be the one that you want to screw in (clockwise) on the adjustment screw. BUT, you also need to first back off (counter-clockwise) the adjustment screw on the opposite side so you don't overtighten the t-bar with the screws. Make little adjustments like 1/8 of a rotation on both sides at the max and keep checking the tweak with the coins over and over again.
