1/12th racers are a rare breed, so most 1/12th cars are manufactured in low volumes. On top of that, even if your track has a pretty good sized bunch of racers, the LHS is probably not going to carry all the stuff for all the brands. The stuff is out there, it's just harder to find because there are fewer of us crazies racing 1/12th.
