You are using the kit shocks that came with the TB04 right? The TB04 comes with shorter shocks than the standard TRF shocks. If you are running the standard TRF shocks on the TB04, the car will be too high.
The TB04 shocks bodies are the same length as standard TRF shocks. The shock cap is the only part that is lower in profile. The portion bellow the shock where spring resides is the same length. See attached image from theracer.com
I also measured the springs that came with the kit and the TRF springs. They are the same height.
