Ulti X-M feels very similar to Blue compound used for rears, but who knows how similar the foam really is. Blue fronts are a different compound, not sure if there is any equivalent from Ulti.

Not sure on Green. Maybe an X-S?

The tires Naoto used at Worlds in 2012 feel pretty similar to a green. Lots of rotation, but gobs of forward bite. If you watch footage from that race, you can see how he just lets the car rotate and then rips it when the car is pointed in the right direction. I tried the follow-on version of those tires at MHIC and they were blindingly fast, but I wasn't able to put together a clean eight minute run.
