For most, hot cells are never a good thing because it tends to shorten the lifetime of the cells.

For some, hot cells means more punch and speed on the track.
I couldnt agree more. The only reason I havent sold mine, is 1) I'm primarily racing in relative cold ambient temperature and 2) I havent found a better charger for my budget and needs yet.
