I use a set up station so I adjust them on the car. I also use a 4 mm wrench I bought from Sears.

Fronts: I remove the body posts which makes it easy.

Rears: are a PITA . The 4mm wrench I use is a bit angled, so I switch back and forth to make 1/4 turn adjustments. Sometimes I need to compress the suspension to get the tip of wrench on turn buckle. A true exercise in futility!
