I had one of the very first batch of Serpent 748's and found a couple QC issues with the kit. All I did was send a quick email to Serpent America and within a few hours had a reply saying spares were in the post free of charge. Arrived the very next day! I've since built another kit from a newer batch and the issues weren't in that kit. A thread on RC tech won't help you need to speak to the importer or manufacturer direct. I'm certain it'll be sorted quickly. Manufacturers can't afford not to these days!
