Of course not every bearing is full of dirt.. however bearings do go bad and when they do its almost always from being full of dirt and you know the rest of the story from there.... So wow often does the vacuum port cause issues ? well about as often do you have issues with front bearings needing to be replaced...once plays a huge role in the other.....
