Got my shorty chassie today.and the screw hole on the bottom are not countersunk.....this can't be right? Anyone that has done the conversion had this problem?
Yeah that isn't right, Schelle chassis right? I would contact Schelle/Associated and have them send you out a new one. Also a lot of imperial sized screws you can get off the internet and at ace etc don't sit in the counter sunk holes all the way. Make sure to use associated screws, or get Lunsford titanium flat head screws for the bottom of the chassis so they seat all the way down.
(Of course if you have a 4-40 countersink bit you could do it yourself easily since the holes are already there
