I would be tempted to use a Turnigy Trackstar 1900 or 2100 kv sensored 1/8th motor, on 6S. I have been using their 2400 kv motor on 4S in my Cobra GTe onroad car all summer and it works great.
Hobbyking only rates those motors for 4s though my friend has a 2400 on 5s in a vorza and it's been fine so far.
