when you replace the spur. replace the two button head screws that clamp the motor mount in place with socket(cap) head screws and use tread lock. this will allow you to put a lot more torque on them giving you security.
Also make sure you thread lock the little counter sunk screws that hold the mount to the end of the motor. If these vibrate loose the motor will vibrate loose and strip the spur.
